  1. These terms and conditions apply when making purchases in the online store upeathiukset.fi.<\/li>
  2. In addition to these terms, the legal relations arising from the purchase of products from the upeathiukset.fi online store are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.<\/li>
  3. Norsten O\u00dc reserves the right to make changes to the terms and conditions. Any changes will be communicated on the upeathiukset.fi website.<\/li><\/ol><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

    1. The prices of the products sold in the online store are indicated next to the products. All prices listed on the upeathiukset.fi online store are in euros and include 25,5% VAT.<\/li>
    2. A shipping fee will be added to purchases based on the chosen delivery method and location. The delivery fee will be displayed during the checkout process.<\/li>
    3. Norsten O\u00dc reserves the right to make changes to the sales prices. These changes will be reflected on the upeathiukset.fi website.<\/li>
    4. Product availability may change at any time without notice. If the ordered item cannot be delivered due to it being out of stock or for any other reason, the Buyer will be informed as soon as possible, and the paid amount (including delivery costs) will be refunded promptly, but no later than 14 days from the date of notification.<\/li><\/ol><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

      1. To make a purchase, add the desired product to your shopping cart and complete the order by filling in all the required fields. Please fill in the information carefully, as the accuracy of the provided details ensures the prompt and error-free delivery of products and the resolution of any disputes or claims.<\/li>
      2. Choose the appropriate delivery method. Products are delivered within the Republic of Finland.<\/li>
      3. Delivery to parcel terminals within Finland is free for orders over \u20ac89<\/strong>.<\/li>
      4. Pay for your purchase using the following payment methods:
        1. Finnish bank links: Aktia, Danske Bank, Handelsbanken, Nordea, POP Pankki, S-Pankki, S\u00e4\u00e4st\u00f6pankki, Alandsbanken<\/li>
        2. PayPal<\/li>
        3. Apple Pay, Google Pay, Revolut, N26, or credit card<\/li>
        4. Note:<\/strong> When paying via bank link, be sure to click the \u201cReturn to Merchant\u201d button on the bank\u2019s page.<\/li><\/ol><\/li>

        5. Payments are processed by Montonio Finance UAB, Maksekeskus AS, or PayPal. Payment takes place outside of the online store in a secure environment\u2014via the respective bank\u2019s secure environment for bank link payments and in Montonio Finance UAB, Maksekeskus AS, or PayPal\u2019s secure environment for credit card payments. The seller does not have access to the customer\u2019s bank or credit card information. The contract is considered concluded once the payment amount is received in the online store\u2019s bank account.<\/p><\/li>

        6. The online store owner is the controller of personal data and will forward the necessary personal data for payment processing to the authorized processors Montonio Finance UAB, Maksekeskus AS, or PayPal.<\/p><\/li>

        7. Orders placed in the Norsten O\u00dc online store are processed on business days, Mon\u2212Fri, 9:00\u221217:00.<\/p><\/li>

        8. Orders that have not been paid for will be canceled 24 hours after the order is placed.<\/p><\/li>

        9. Norsten O\u00dc ships products after the invoice is paid.<\/p><\/li>

        10. The sales contract is considered concluded once the payment made by the consumer is received in Norsten O\u00dc\u2019s bank account.<\/p><\/li><\/ol><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

          1. After the sales contract is concluded, Norsten O\u00dc will process the order and hand it over to its logistics partners Posti or DPD for delivery.<\/li>
          2. Posti is Finland’s leading delivery service with an extensive network of more than 1500 service points. You will receive an SMS notification when your parcel is ready for collection.<\/li>
          3. Delivery cost to Posti parcels is 5,99\u20ac<\/strong> (incl. VAT).<\/li>
          4. Orders placed before 15:00 on weekdays will be dispatched the same day. Orders are expected to arrive within 1-3 business days (Helsinki and surrounding areas) or within 2-5 business days (rest of Finland).<\/li>
          5. Orders placed after 15:00, or weekends or public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.<\/li>
          6. If there is a delay in the shipment for any reason, Norsten O\u00dc will coordinate with the Buyer to agree on a suitable delivery time.<\/li>
          7. Norsten O\u00dc is not responsible for delays in delivery if the goods were handed over to the logistics partners on time, but the delay is due to circumstances beyond Norsten O\u00dc\u2019s control or ability to foresee.<\/li><\/ol><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

            \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/path><\/svg><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/path><\/svg><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tRIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t
            1. Products purchased from the Norsten O\u00dc online store are subject to a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of receipt. If a product ordered from the online store is not suitable for the Buyer, they may return it without providing a reason, except in the following cases:
              1. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the Buyer is a legal entity.<\/li>
              2. The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the day on which the Buyer, or a third party designated by the Buyer who is not the logistics partner of Norsten O\u00dc, has physically taken possession of the products.<\/li>
              3. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the products have been delivered in sealed packaging, are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, and have been opened after delivery (e.g., cosmetic products).<\/li><\/ol><\/li>

              4. To return the goods, the Buyer must submit a withdrawal statement in free form via email to info@upeathiukset.fi<\/a>\u00a0or use the return form provided below, no later than 14 days after receiving the goods.<\/p><\/li>

              5. Norsten O\u00dc will refund the Buyer the cost of the returned product without delay, but no later than 14 days from the day Norsten O\u00dc is informed of the Buyer\u2019s decision to return the product.<\/p><\/li>

              6. The cost of returning the goods will be borne by the Buyer, except in cases where the returned goods do not correspond to the order (e.g., the wrong product or a defective product).<\/p><\/li>

              7. The Buyer must return the product to Norsten O\u00dc without delay, but no later than 14 days from the day they informed Norsten O\u00dc of their wish to return the product. The product can be returned via Posti or DPD parcel terminals.<\/p><\/li>

              8. Norsten O\u00dc reserves the right to withhold the refund until the product has been returned or the Buyer has provided proof of having returned the product, whichever occurs first.<\/p><\/li><\/ol><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

                1. Norsten O\u00dc is responsible for any non-conformity or defect in the product sold to the Buyer that existed at the time of delivery to the Buyer. For the first month after the product is delivered to the Buyer, it is presumed that the defect existed at the time of delivery. It is the responsibility of Norsten O\u00dc to refute this presumption.<\/li>
                2. The Buyer has the right to submit a claim to Norsten O\u00dc within 1 month of the defect’s discovery by sending an email to info@upeathiukset.fi<\/a>. In the email, please include the name of the person who placed the order, contact phone number, order number, and a detailed description of the non-conformity or defect, along with a photo that clearly shows the defect.<\/li>
                3. If the product purchased from the Norsten O\u00dc online store is defective, Norsten O\u00dc will replace the defective product or provide special discount from next order, as it’s more suitable for the Buyer. If the product cannot be repaired or replaced, Norsten O\u00dc will refund the Buyer for all payments associated with the sales contract.<\/li>
                4. Norsten O\u00dc is not responsible for defects caused by the Buyer due to improper storage or misuse of the product.<\/li>
                5. All claims will be reviewed, and the Buyer will be contacted as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after the claim is received.<\/li>
                6. If Norsten O\u00dc has refused to resolve the Buyer\u2019s complaint or if the Buyer is not satisfied with the proposed solution and believes that their rights have been violated or their interests harmed, the Buyer may submit a complaint to the Consumer Disputes Committee through the Consumer Protection Board or to a court. The Buyer may submit the complaint personally or through a representative. Information on the Consumer Disputes Committee can be found on the Consumer Protection Board’s website. For resolving issues arising within the European Union, the Buyer can contact the European Consumer Centre.<\/li><\/ol><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

                  Norsten O\u00dc is not liable for any damage or delays in the delivery of the product if the damage or delay is caused by circumstances beyond Norsten O\u00dc\u2019s control or ability to foresee.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

                  1. Norsten O\u00dc is the controller of personal data and uses the personal data entered by the Buyer only for fulfilling the order and delivering the goods to the Buyer. Norsten O\u00dc transmits the necessary personal data for payment processing to the authorized processors and to the logistics companies for the delivery of the goods.<\/li>
                  2. The personal data processed includes the Buyer\u2019s name, address, email address, mobile phone number, and consumption preferences.<\/li>
                  3. Norsten O\u00dc will send newsletters and offers to the Buyer\u2019s email address only if the Buyer has expressed a desire to receive them by entering their email address on the website and indicating their wish to receive direct marketing communications.<\/li>
                  4. The Buyer has the right to prohibit the collection and use of their personal data at any time, except when it is necessary for enforcing a claim arising from the contract or for delivering the goods. The consent for the use of personal data cannot be withdrawn retroactively.<\/li>
                  5.
