A Guide to Returning Orders

Goods purchased from the Upeathiukset.fi online store are subject to consumer rights provided under the laws.

Consumers have the right to withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods, except in cases specified by law.

The 14-day right of withdrawal applies to consumers only. It does not apply to purchases made by legal entities or businesses. Returns requested by business customers are accepted only by prior agreement with Norsten OÜ.

How to return the product(s)?

If you are exercising your 14-day right of withdrawal, please return the product(s) to us no later than 14 days after submitting your withdrawal request.

You can return your order via a parcel locker by arranging the return shipment through your chosen delivery provider’s online self-service. In accordance with applicable law, the direct cost of returning the goods to Norsten OÜ is borne by the customer.

If you wish to return the product(s) because you received an incorrect or defective product, or the product was damaged during shipping, please do not send the product(s) back yet. Select the appropriate reason in the return request, and we will contact you to agree on the next steps and, if necessary, arrange the return.

Refunds

We will refund the amount you paid for the returned product(s).

If you withdraw from the entire order, we will also refund the standard delivery cost of your order.

We will issue the refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal request. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.
